The problems tend to be the same wherever we go. The broadband arrives at one building and everything else is too far from it. The hall is listed, so you cannot simply run cable through walls or across a facade. Outbuildings have power but nothing else. Cottages need connectivity that works for whoever is staying that week, without anyone from the estate office having to go and reset a router.
